Application Fee
Application Fee is to be paid upfront via bank transfer to our BCA Account upon collection of application form. Up until this point, your child has NOT been registered at SoliDEO Academy. Payment of application fee (or collection of application form) allows the student to enjoy a maximum of 3-day school trial. Lunch included.
Registration Fee
Registration Fee is to be paid upfront via bank transfer to our Permata Bank Account upon returning application form to the administration office. At this point, your child has been registered at SoliDEO Academy.
Books Fee
Book fees is to be paid via bank transfer to our BCA account within 7 days of the listing being sent to you. List of books (textbooks, Workbooks, Quiz books, and Local books) will be sent to you in May. Books paid (except borrowed) belongs to the students.
Depending on the level of student, some textbooks (physical books) maybe borrowed from the school with a deposit (starts from grade 7) paid upfront before entering the 7th grade. Any damages to the books will be charged against the book deposit and the damaged book will be returned to the student. Book deposit has to be topped up at the beginning of each academic year. At the end of student's learning at SoliDEO Academy (not continuing or graduating), book deposits will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the borrowed books.
Digital book/resource licenses (if any) in general will only be valid for 1 year from the day of activation. More detailed terms and conditions for each book/resource may vary)
Uniform Fee
Uniform fees is to be paid via bank transfer to our BCA Account within 7 days of the list being sent to you.
We only use 2 kinds of uniforms, Formal & Sport, that must be purchased from the school. Should you need to modify those uniforms to fit, you may do so afterwards. Modification beyond fitting (changing style, colour, etc) is NOT permitted
School uniforms is the school pride and joy. We also uses them as a mean to train students to follow rules, maintain self cleanliness, and be particular. School uniforms must be worn cleaned in the morning, and any peripheral related to the uniform must be used accordingly. The school may request parents to buy a new uniform including it's peripherals if they are found to be not in a reasonable condition.
The school may require students to wear other uniforms for various purposes not mentioned in this website, at the expense of the parents. All uniforms are to be worn according to the schedule set by the school (may change from time to time).
School Fee
School Fee is to be paid monthly for 12x a year at the 1st of the month or yearly at the beginning of the academic year. Students paying yearly will enjoy discounts. School Fee (along with Activity Fee) is to be paid via bank transfer to our BCA Account.
School fee (including activity fee) for the month of July of the next academic year will be paid in February of the current academic year, as a confirmation that the student will continue learning at SoliDEO Academy (yes, you will pay 2 months of tuition fee in February). But, hey, you don't need to pay them anymore in July!
Activity Fee
Activity Fee is to be paid monthly (for 12x a year at the same time as with the school fee).
The Activity fee will cover:

All fees paid to the school is final. The school does not provide refunds in any circumstances (apart from book deposit refunds).
