Logistic can be a hassle when dealing with child's enrichment classes. We have a wide range of interesting extracurricular activities for children to choose from similar to a large scale school. So, students will not only learn academic lessons here, but can also to develop other non-academic skills and their God-given talents. 

At SoliDEO Academy students are free to choose any extracurricular activities from us or from SoliDEO Christian School (SD, SMP, SMA) that suits their needs. Should your child are interested in joining any of SoliDEO School's extracurricular activities, you will have to fund those activities directly to SoliDEO Christian School's administration.

Our included lunch services are designed to provide a means for students to explore various style of cooking while remain nutritious, healthy and delicious to support the energy and focus of our students throughout the school day. With this parents doesn't have to worry about preparing lunch for their children, thus cutting down preparation time in the morning before school. 

Please do inform us if your child have any allergies or food intolerances, we will try to provide the suitable lunch for your child. We also encouraged parents to provide their children with snacks for extra energy.

Allow teachers to give more personalized attention to each student, helping them learn better and feel more supported. At SoliDEO Academy, we limit a maximum of 12 students per class. This strengthen the relationship between teachers and students, as well as between students, fostering a sense of close-knit community where everyone knows each other. Smaller classrooms also limits distractions that can disrupt student's learning, allowing the students to be more focused on their learning. students are also more  likely to be comfortable in asking questions and sharing ideas.

Welcome to SoliDEO Academy: A Nurturing Homeschooling Experience

We’ve designed a simple and thoughtful enrollment process to ensure the best experience for both parents and students.

1. Info Session

Before admission is confirmed, we take time to ensure that our school is the right fit for both your child and your family. Our goal is to create a supportive learning environment where every student feels comfortable and able to thrive. As part of this process, we will schedule an info with parents, along with a brief observation session for your child.  During this meeting, we will also share more about our programs and educational approach, so you can confidently decide whether our school is the right environment for your child.

2. Purchase Application Form 

If you are interested in enrolling your child into our school, you will be directed to buy our application form for IDR 300,000. By purchasing our application form, your child can undergo a 2-day trial, lunch included, where they can experience how it's like to study in our school.

3.  School Trial

Your child can now undergo a 2-day trial where they can experience how it's like to study in our school. With this your child can make a more informed decision on whether or not they  actually would like to study here. We could also observe your child to see whether or not they could fit in our school and if our teachers would be able to handle them. If you're child is neurodivergent, we will also give them a psychological test to asses whether or not our school could give them the support that they needed. 

3. Submit Application Form & Support Documents

After the trial ends, you and your child have a decision to make. If from our end, we're sure that our school could effectively teach your child, and you and your child like it here, you can submit the application form alongside the required documents. If you or your child don't think that you'll fit here, or we don't think that we can give them what they need, then you can keep the application form.

5. Paying The Registration Fee

After you've submitted the application form and the required documents, please pay the registration fee (uang pangkal). At this point your child has been registered at SoliDEO Academy. 

6. Books & Uniform Purchase

Once your child’s registration is finalized, parents will proceed with the purchase of compulsory books and school uniforms.

7. School Begins

The academic year begins in July, when your child will officially start school with us.

Below are the supporting documents that are to be submitted alongside the registration form

  • Child's Birth Certificate (Akta Kelahiran anak)
  • Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
  • Child's Nomor Induk Kependidikan (NIK)
  • Child's Passport Photo (Pas foto anak)
  • Child's ID card (Kartu Identitas Anak/KIA)
  • Previous School's diploma
  • Parent's ID Card (KTP orang tua)

NEURODIVERGENT SUPPORT

Here in SoliDEO Academy, we accept children with mild neurodivergence. If your child is neurodivergent, please refer to our "Neurodivergence" page to know more about our requirements for accepting neurodivergent children. We only accept 2 neurodivergent children per class. Admission decisions are made on an individual basis, with careful consideration of the child's needs and the overall classroom dynamic.
